Pashia's Sweet Treats Homemade cakes, cupcakes, candy etc. All orders do require a non refundable deposit of half down. I love to bake cakes and make homemade candies and pies.

I am self taught at cake decorating and I am still learning everyday, please don't pick out something that is too difficult. All of my products are homemade and I use the finest and freshest ingredients I can get.

🍪 Calling All Gluten-Free Sweet Lovers! 🍪

Have you been looking for gluten-free treats? We've had several people ask if any of our cookies could be made gluten-free, so today I spent some time working on our Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe and successfully created a gluten-free version!

I had a few taste testers try them today, and the feedback was fantastic—they said they were very good and you'd never know they were gluten-free!

This is just the beginning. I'll be working on adapting more of our cookie flavors over the coming weeks so we can offer a larger variety of gluten-free options for everyone to enjoy.

We’ll be working on cookie, oatmeal cream pie and lemon bar orders throughout the weekend! If you’d like to place an order, please reach out to us. Orders will be available for pickup at our boutique store starting Tuesday.

We’ve also had several requests for gluten-free cookies, so we’ll be experimenting with one of our recipes to create a gluten-free option. Be sure to stay tuned for updates on those!

In addition, we’ll be testing out some new sandwich cookie recipes that we think you’re going to love.

Most of you know that we own a boutique store called Cactus Rae Designs, and it is with sadness that we share that we will be closing our storefront at the end of July.

While our storefront may be closing, we will still have our website available for shopping, keep our page active, offer pre-orders, and continue looking for vendor events and pop-ups to attend.

Starting in August, I will also have more availability to take on baking orders and participate in more pop-up and vendor events featuring our baked goods. We usually keep most of our gourmet cookie dough and oatmeal cream pie dough ready to go, so those items can be ordered at any time. For all other baked goods, we just ask for advance notice.

We look forward to continuing to serve you and help with any of your baking needs. Please feel free to message us with any questions or orders!

To our valued friends, family, and customers,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the difficult decision to close our beautiful storefront at the end of July.

We have truly loved being part of downtown Ennis and are beyond grateful for every customer who has supported us along the way. Your loyalty, encouragement, and kindness have meant more to us than words can express. Next month we will actually celebrate 4 years of being in business with most of those being somewhere here in downtown Ennis.

This past year has been incredibly challenging for small businesses, and unfortunately we’ve seen a major decline in foot traffic. With little to no sales and only a few people coming through our doors, made it clear that it is time for us to make this heartbreaking decision.

We have poured our hearts, souls, time, and savings into this business. Running a small business — especially in a small town — is not easy, and coming to terms with this feels like a tremendous loss for us.

To everyone who has supported us from day one, shopped with us occasionally, shared our posts, or simply stopped in while passing through — thank you. Every single purchase and kind word mattered.

Although we are closing our storefront, this is not goodbye completely. We plan to keep our page active, continue offering pre-orders, keep our website open, and hopefully participate in vendor events moving forward.

We had hoped to remain open until the end of October when our lease ended, but unfortunately we are unable to continue that long. We have submitted our two months’ notice and will officially close at the end of July.

Between now and then, we would deeply appreciate your continued support. Please continue sharing our store on social media, recommending us to friends and family, and shopping with us in-store or online. Every bit of support helps us more than you know. Please share our post with your friends and family.

Our Oatmeal Cream Pies sadly sold out yesterday (thank y’all SO much!), but we still have plenty of our gourmet cookies along with a few other delicious baked goods available today.
