She worked in several restaurants in New York and New England, sharpening her cooking skills. Silvia brought her knowledge of Eastern European cuisine with her. Her father was an Austrian baker and taught her the art of making bread. Silvia is a five time gold medal winner in the National Chef's Tasting competition. Silvia has been a special guest of the White House chefs in Washington, D. Silvia

personally selects the food for freshness and quality for the menus she prepares. She bakes her breads and pastries from all natural ingredients. Her Eastern European Cuisine is the best in all of Enfield.
