Rosh Hashanah orders!

I will baking for Rosh Hashanah and you can pick up your order from either The Longmeadow Shops farmers market on Thursday, September 10 from 12pm-4pm or from my home in Enfield on Friday, September 11 from 12pm-6pm.

Menu:

Round challah $10
Round raisin challah $12
Round chocolate chip challah (contains dairy) $12

Honey cake $12 (parve)

Babkas $12/each, all dairy:
Chocolate
Cinnamon raisin
Raspberry cream cheese with orange glaze

My plan for the Thursday, Sept. 10 farmers market is to have lots of round challahs and babkas on hand but if you know you want any of these items please order from me in advance so I can plan out how much I need to bake.

I will probably not have much sourdough at the market that day, or just plain sourdoughs, as I expect I'll be baking a larger volume of the holiday items.

I will be baking for the High Holidays alongside my farmers market day, so please let me know what you'd like to order and which day you need it for, Thursday at the Longmeadow Shops or Friday from my Enfield home.

Yesterday's and today's bakes, all spoken for!

I'd like to give a big thank you to all of my customers this morning - you all came on time to pick up your orders! That rarely happens. A lot of the time I get message after message after message from people who tell me they'll be here soon, shortly, twenty minutes, etc., and before I know it, the day is gone and I've missed it. But you all showed up on time, which allowed me to get to Restaurant Depot, 90 Meat Outlet, and Ocean State Job Lot with plenty of time for my final customer who is due any minute. I have very little free time and managing to find blocks of time to run errands is very difficult. So thank you again for being so on time. You rule.

I’ll be baking sourdough this Saturday, August 29, if anyone wants to place an order. I need to know by Friday 3pm what you’d like to order:

Simply Sourdough $10

With fillings $12/each:

Cheddar jalapeño
Roasted garlic/evoo/rosemary
Dill pickle
Sundried tomato/roasted garlic/basil
