We are in need of local contractors who can give us an itemized quote for the damages to our space!

Just wanted to give a little UPDATE about our corner on the Ave..

Maintenance came on July 15th, took some measurements, peeled off what was supposed to stick the tiles onto the sheet rock, chatted with me for a bit and stated I would get an update. Here we are 15 days later and NO UPDATE!

On July 27th, Endicott Code came out for the 30 day check to see if anything had been fixed from the previous citation. I showed them photos of the ceiling collapse since they had been in prior, and that this was how it was fixed. Another failed point was added due to their being 1/4 inch gaps between the new and existing sheet rock. Our next check is Tuesday.

So here is where we are...

We ARE taking this to litigation. We have been asked if we have an estimate of damages that occurred, so if anyone can recommend a local contractor or two to come out and write us some estimates, that would be greatly appreciated. It is mainly flooring damages, fixing the ceiling, and painting of two walls and baseboard.

We are trying to figure out how to reopen, or to just have walk in/delivery options, but as a family business, it is still unsafe to walk on this floor.

Thank you to everyone who has come to markets to support us and chat. We appreciate all of you and can't wait to see you this weekend! We are wrapping up with summer flavors so we can bring on the fall aromas, its our favorite time of year 🍂
