🍅 Come try out the new bagel flavor while it lasts! Sun-dried tomato basil! Packed with juicy sun-dried tomatoes, freeze dried basil, fresh mozzarella and a dash of balsamic vinegar this is a savory end-of-summer treat that would be amazing ripped and dipped into a garlic infused olive oil or hummus or stacked with chicken and spinach as a flavor packed sandwich!
🫖 Herbal teas are here today as well! Summer lovin’ is my newest flavor. This tea is available with or without caffeine. It is made with jasmine, raspberry and blackberry leaf, lemongrass, hibiscus and chamomile. Makes a beautiful sun tea. It is floral and fresh and excellent hot or iced!

This has been an amazingly busy week and busy summer for Prancing Danes! You are all the most amazing people I know! Heading into the school year I will be making some scheduling changes to my weekly stand. First things first I will be doing a little R&R(rest and restock!), coming up with new products and hopefully figuring out some online aspect for ordering 🤞 Then I will be transitioning over to a Friday stand schedule from my usual Tuesday one. I will still be alternating towns, but during the fall festival season there may be some weeks where stand dates get moved so August/september will look a bit different. As of right now, my next Lisbon stand will be August 18th. That will be the customer appreciation day for both myself and younique so make sure you come check us out! My next Enderlin stand will be on August 21st so Enderlin if you need something before my stand please reach out and I will deliver it to you! Thank you all again so much for making me feel so blessed to be part of these communities, I look so forward to continuing to be your bread lady for as long as bread is a thing!

It’s been busy so far so I haven’t been able to post! I’m all setup in Lisbon at younique and I have a few specials for you today!
🍪 I was feeling a bit nostalgic while coming up with a new cookie flavor. Who here remembers Schwan’s? The home delivery food truck that was huge in the 90’s? They made a juice concentrate called apple cherry berry and I decided to turn that into a cookie! It’s an oatmeal cookie with dried apple, dried cherries and dried blueberries with freeze dried strawberry powder in it for flavoring. As I was talking to my kiddo last night I realized that just one of these oatmeal cookies is the same as eating just under 1/2cup of oatmeal! When you factor in the egg and butter and fruit, I don’t know about you guys, but to me that sounds like a way more delicious way to eat breakfast!
📣SALE‼️while they last I do have discounted bagels and English muffins left-sorry the sale cookies are gone-these were baked Saturday morning, but still have plenty of life left or can be thrown in the freezer to enjoy whenever!

This post is coming a bit late because when I say we were tired, I mean we were TIRED after the amazing show in valley yesterday! There is zero doubt in my mind that Valley City loves their sourdough!!! The beautiful weather and the beautiful people just made for the best day ever! Thank you so much to everyone that stopped out to support my stand, I loved seeing people who remembered us from Jamestown and SVACA and were just as excited to see us as we were to see them! Thank you VCPR for having us along! Can’t wait to do it again!!
