Spring flavors are rolling into the kitchen this month and they’re some of my favorites 🤍

We’ve got bright lemon poppyseed sweet rolls (soft, citrusy, and full of sunshine), cranberry orange sourdough scones with that perfect sweet-tart balance, and a new Earl Grey sourdough scone that feels a little extra cozy and special.

As always, everything is made to order—mixed, shaped, and baked just for you.

Hey friends 🤍

I wanted to give a quick update — I’m going to take this week off from baking.

Autry’s recovery from surgery has been a little more rough rough than we expected, and on top of that I’m coming down with a cold. Right now, the best thing I can do for my family (and myself) is to slow down and rest… which means I’ll be choosing sleep over sourdough this weekend 😅

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support — it truly means the world to our little bakery. I’ll keep you posted on when we’re back up and baking again 💛

New week, new menu! ☘️

A quick heads up for everyone — our sweet girl Autry is having surgery this week, so I’ll be keeping bakery production very limited while we focus on taking care of her. That means there will only be small batches of each item available, and once they’re gone, they’re gone for the week!!!!

If you’ve met me at the bread booth, you probably know my all time favorite food is…… TOAST!
I love toast.
Seriously, whoever first made bread was brilliant, but…whoever then decided to take bread and COOK IT AGAIN?!?!
Absolute. Genius.

How do you like your toast???

I think C4 is PERFECT, but I’ll be happy with 1D-F, 2D/E, 3A-F, 4A-C/D, or 5A/B.
