I wanted to take a moment and explain about Mrs. Teadoodle's cookies. We whip our own butter. We use Rodelle Vanilla. This company has a wind powered facility. We only use Shatto Milk products, because they use no growth hormones, it's entirely organic! Our flour is King Arthur (the best) because it's all non GMO, our eggs are purchased locally and they are cage free. We use organic fruit and hand squeeze the juices for flavoring. There are NO preservatives or artificial flavorings. You can eat these yum-yums guilt free (after you hit the treadmill).

Here is one of my favorite baking tips for those of you who like homemade pizza. When using a pre-packaged pizza dough mix, add about a 1/2 teaspoon of basil and a tablespoon of freshly grated parmesan and stir into the dough. It adds a bit of flavor to the crust.
