Merry Christmas! That's right Breadheads, its that time again! This year I will once again be making my Great Grandpa's German Stollen bread for the seventh year in a row. At this point it has become a tradition that must not be broken. Also I'm really craving it right about now!! Don't forget, it also makes for excellent Christmas gifts. I will have large ($20) and small ($10) loaves available at the Emporia Farmers Market this Saturday!! If you can't make it out message me for pick up or local delivery. I will be offering shipping for the large loaves only for $40.

So sometimes you're up and sometimes you're down, and sometimes you're up even when you're down, and so on and so forth it goes. I have been very blessed and have had so much love and support, and I'm on my way back up. Then I had a refrigerator break down amongst other snags that set me way back, and that's why I missed Saturday's market. Sometimes stuff just happens. The bad news is I missed the Emporia Farmers Market, and now I have a bunch of bread just sitting here. The good news is I have a fork ton of bread that will bring joy and happiness to a lot of people and their bellies! So if you are down and out today and you need a pick-me-up, come get a loaf on the house. If you are up and need some delicious bread, hit me up, so I can pay some bills and keep on keeping on. Angel Franco is out of town, and the skate shop will be closed, but I'll be around for the next few days. So give me a call or text; also, there's a doorbell on the back door of the shop. But give me a few minutes to come to the door. These delicious breads will be in the freezer until Wednesday night's market. Sending all my love.

Hey Breadheads! I am very excited to announce that this saturday the 19 is the last indoor Emporia Farmers Market held at Waters Hardware from 10am-noon. I have lots of goodies going out starting with Jalapeño Cheddar Focaccia, and just a few roasted Garlic Focaccia for those of you that are not into spicy.ill also have breadmans Sourdough, Honey Whole Wheat, and for dessert well be Upside-down Carmel Rolls. I still have a few hot cross buns that well be discounted. I'm terribly sorry I did not have a chance to make more maybe I well do the second batch in may when we move to the outdoor market. So my Calculations were off! The Emporia Farmers Market is not until next Saturday I am so sorry for the confusion. I do have a bunch of freshly baked frozen breads available. message me or call to place an order for pickup or delivery. Available breads include: Breadman's Sourdough, Honey Whole Wheat. recently received two fresh bags of Hatch red Chile. So I just had to make a batch of the Hatch Red pepperjack. These red chie are only X'hot .But I gotta say this bread, actually does have a decent kick, and you may sample it at the Emporia Farmers Market Emporia Farmers Market this saturday morning held at Waters Hardware Waters Hardware at 10am.
