What. A. Week. 😅

You kept us hopping from breakfast to lunch to dinner, and most days you nearly wiped us out of donuts, too! 🍩😂

Weeks like this are such a reminder of how incredibly lucky we are to have the support of this community. Every breakfast you grab, lunch you meet a friend for, dinner you bring the family to, donut box you take home, post you share and friend you send our way matters more than you probably realize.

Apparently Fred has decided the best way to convince you to come to dinner tonight is to personally present you with a meatball. 😂🍝

And honestly… he may be onto something.

Tonight’s featured dinner is our Italian Trio — a sampler of three Fourth Street favorites:

Apparently we’re serving TWO kinds of Idaho spuds this week. 😂🥔🍩

Meet The Other Idaho Spud — this week’s featured cake donut!

We took our cake donut, covered it in chocolate frosting, loaded it with toasted coconut and topped it with chunks of the classic Idaho Spud candy bar. 🤎

And YES — those are the actual donuts in the photo. No AI donut trickery here. 😉 They really are that loaded!

We start with a giant baked potato, pile on 5 oz. of our 24 hour slow-smoked brisket, melted Colby Jack, creamy coleslaw, crispy fried onions and finish it with a drizzle of tangy Carolina Gold BBQ sauce.

It’s smoky, cheesy, creamy, crunchy, a little sweet, a little tangy… and honestly, it is a LOT of potato. 😂

Okay, Fourth Street friends… this week we may have gotten a little carried away. 😂 But in the best possible way.

🥔 FEATURED POTATO: Southern BBQ Brisket Potato — $16.50
A loaded baked potato piled with 5 oz. of our slow-smoked brisket, melted Colby Jack, creamy coleslaw, crispy fried onions and a drizzle of tangy Carolina Gold BBQ sauce.

🍩 FEATURED DONUT: “The Other Idaho Spud” — $2.50
Our cake donut topped with chocolate frosting, toasted coconut and pieces of an actual Idaho Spud candy bar. Because apparently one featured potato this week wasn’t enough. 😂

BONUS: Thursday we’re bringing back a SMALL batch of our Creamy Chicken & Poblano Soup! White-meat chicken, poblano peppers, black beans and a hint of lime. You guys loved this one last week, so if you missed it—or need one more bowl before we give it a rest—Thursday is your chance. When it’s gone, it’s gone!

Our multi-layer beef & sausage lasagna with four cheeses and house marinara. This thing has basically developed a cult following, and if you’ve never tried it, Friday night is your night.

Get a little of all three: lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and beef ravioli—and we’ll throw a meatball on there for free!

🍷 SUNDAY: Three-Cheese Tortellini — $13.50

Those are ACTUAL Butterfinger Crunch Cake Donuts sitting in our ACTUAL donut case at Fourth Street, and apparently our Froster woke up and chose violence because she absolutely LOADED these things. 🤣
