How good it felt to bake again! With our current full-time work situation, we haven't been as active in the Kitchen as we would like, so we celebrate each order ❤️

These are for a shower for a bride getting married in Aruba, so we were asked to go a bit tropical with our choices. So lovely ❤️

Baseball themed cookies for a bell choir! Yes, you read that right 😊

The ringers were performing "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" for their last service before summer break and their director gave them these cookies as an end of the season gift.

We are on the last day of our summer staycation today, so a fancy home baked breakfast was in order. There were nice ripe squishy bananas in the kitchen so we chose a recipe from The All-Purpose Baker's Companion.

The recipe was Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins. But there were also walnuts in the recipe, so really they were Banana Walnut Chocolate Chip Muffins. We decided to substitute peanut butter for the unsalted butter so they became Banana Walnut Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Muffins.

Whatever you call them, they were GOOD 😊❤️

This sunflower sugar cookie platter was served at lunch to the participants of a benefit golf outing that has raised money for a cancer survivor and the programs and people that can give cancer patients a better quality of life.

Aunt Darcie is an actual aunt with 18 nieces and nephews. Today we baked for the youngest of them all to celebrate our sweet Rae of sunshine on her second birthday! 'Born Two Shine' was the theme so we brought some smiley sunshine cookies complete with pink bows.
