I am writing to apologize to any customers whose orders may have been impacted over the past couple of days. A widespread stomach bug has been affecting my household, and unfortunately, I fell victim to it on Saturday evening. I regret disappointing anyone, particularly my loyal customers, as it is especially challenging in this industry where I’m typically booked for special events. However I also take food handling very seriously and wouldn’t want to work under unsafe conditions or when I’m not at my best.
I do appreciate all the outreach and well wishes I’ve received at this time.
