Thank you for choosing REC! You will be picking up your treats at my home. Just ask!

Before we get to know each other better, please note that I am a home baker with a permit and license to do direct sale only. Custom cakes require at least 3-4 week notice and a 25%deposit. You will have up to 3 days prior to pick up to change your order. Sometimes I can accommodate late requests if I am already baking around the time you need it. I take pride in my work and always make sure that

I use quality ingredients. Order pickups are contact-less, back porch and wipes are also provided. NOTE ON PICKUPS- Because my products are sensitive and all custom made, to ensure freshness please try to come at the pickup time window and because we are living in crazy times I cannot always ensure an open gate policy. All treats are made fresh to order, and I cannot guarantee freshness on any treats picked up way beyond the time window. I get that life happens so if you need to set up a different time just send me a note. Messages received during the weekday before 2 PM and weekends will have a longer wait time for response as I try to focus on my three little ones at that time. Thank you for your understanding.

We are LIVE at the Wheaton French Market! Beautiful day for a market trip, we have some preview of some Fall flavors along with your classic favorites. Vegan and GF options. Of course, if you can’t come to Wheaton, visit our shop at 128 W Park Avenue in Elmhurst inside Two Brothers from Italy. Both places open until 2. You came out in droves and tasted our culture and what we created in our kitchen all weekend, and you emptied our pots and filled our hearts with gratitude. THANK YOU! Who are we? We are your local scratch bakers tucked inside a family history establishment. It started with a mom and 3 kids, in the height of pandemic and uncertainty, and a knack for baking and a big love for anything culinary. Thousands of work hours, pounds of flour, butter and sugar, hours of mental self talk, imaginary pats on the back and relentless amounts of determination and tenacity. Top that off with a staff and crew that truly, cannot be beat- These are the ingredients of what we produce, and we hope that you can taste the difference. Thank you to my kids, Harvey, Maya and Max for putting up with your mama’s crazy mind and schedule, thank you to Marielle, Tyler, Vivien, Maddy, Meg, Molly, Micah, Sophia, Ethan, Raine, Yasmeen, Julio, Liz and Michelle for helping create a wonderful team , Sam and Joanne of Two Brothers for continuing to house us and letting us share your space, and to all of you that have shared, made the trek and continue to choose us for your events and special treat, Maraming Salamat, THANK YOU. ❤️Kai and crew.

We are turning 2 August 17th! It has been quite a ride and we thank you, I thank YOU for your continued love and support. Our shop is undergoing some changes, and not just menu but will also be hours of operations. We will share as we navigate and finalize our future plans. In the meantime, this can be a sign to go and support our local businesses! We are out here working hard to keep our town quaint
