I get asked often if I offer sourdough with inclusions and the short answer is that I don’t but the longer answer is that I’m limited on what I can put in my loaves because of Nebraska cottage laws. I don’t use a commercial kitchen, so I’m unable to offer any products that aren’t shelf stable. Sadly that includes cheeses and fruits.

However, you get to enjoy the versatility of putting any toppings your heart desires on top of these delicious sourdough loaves.

One of my favorite combos in the summer is toasted sourdough with cream cheese, diced grape garden tomatoes, basil, garlic powder and sea salt! What’s yours? 😊
