Andres getting it done yesterday 🧑‍🍳 I want to give Andres a big shout out!!! This man right here stepped up to the plate long ago when Momo’s wrists were giving out on her. He does a phenomenal job baking cheesecakes with Momo!

Go Andres!!!
Only one day down to move the ovens and he was back in the kitchen pumping out the cheesecakes yesterday!

Picture is for a reminder of what we used to bake the cheesecakes in for almost 9 years!
Also, we have been restocking! And I know everyone is really excited to see the finished kitchen space- however we’ve been extremely busy just trying to get everything completed - but also trying to keep production going and keep cheesecakes in the coolers.
We’ll post some more updated photos fairly soon! ♥️ we promise!
But also, thank you for all of the love, kind words, and excitement that you all are expressing for us here at Momo’s Cheesecakes.

Momo and Andres are so excited to have their own be ONLY their home again! They love having a home-based business but it had slowly taken over almost their entire home over the last 10 years. Plus, this will be a BIG TIME game changer on time management for them!

Coolers will be restocked later today- around noonish. We’ve done our best to not shut down while moving into the new kitchen- but we do need
to catch up on cutting!

Typically Tuesdays after a holiday slow down a lot so we thought we stocked enough but the rain brought a lot of people ☔️

We’ll finish moving this morning and then get right to cutting asap!

Thank goodness for the RM Flagg’s crew and Dead River, along with Michael’s crew and Momo’s sons.
Today took a village!
And we were blessed with some of the best!!
We appreciate you all! Our Mom was even able to get her first tour today of the brand new kitchen!!
We all feel so incredibly blessed.
Thank you for your patience while we finish setting up and then get coolers restocked!

Low Inventory Announcement!
We are currently working at moving into the brand new kitchen! So we did lose a day of cutting cheesecakes today.
So our inventory will be low tonight and the early part of tomorrow. We did bake ahead so once we have everything put in place, we’ll catch back up again tomorrow! We will post again when stocked back up.

Update: Ovens are hooked up, so baking will continue tomorrow!
