I haven’t posted my cakes in a long time, but I wanted to share this beautiful wedding cake that I made today. It has three tiers: the bottom is lemon blueberry flavored, the middle is raspberry flavored, and the top is blackberry flavored. I was excited to decorate it using a vintage wedding cake design.

A 3 tier wedding cake. Bottom and top tier is gluten free carrot cake and middle tier is a gluten free yellow cake. This cake was a collaboration with my Mom Catherine. She makes the most delicious carrot cake in town. She made the carrot cakes and I made the yellow cake.
