Today is Apple pie squares. They are almost out of the oven!
Wow!!! Just realize the photo made it look like crust is burned! It is NOT! Must have been reflection in the oven. These are perfect! Flaky crust thick filling!!!

Wow...busy day. 35 jars Cowboy Candy made and around 10 qts of the liquid canned. I make BBQ sauce and peanut brittle out of that yummy brine!!!
And I am happy to say I will now carry the Made in Montana seal on all my products!!!

The caramel rolls were a big hit. Will do a second trial in the next week.....need to make sure all is perfect for the valentine craft fair at Civic center! I will have these and a few other delectables including white chocolate dipped red velvet brownies! It is a Valentines day craft show!!!

I am sending them off to my " professional " taste testers tomorrow!!
