✨ A little life update from me ✨
I’ve been pretty quiet on here lately, and that’s been intentional.
As much as I love this space and everything Curated Chaos has been, I haven’t wanted to continue building something here in Ellicottville that I know we’re preparing to close.
After 9 years of being in this town, we will officially be closing Curated Chaos — we just don’t have a final closing date yet. Because of that, we will no longer be taking any custom or special orders out of Ellicottville. All custom orders will now be available through our Cuba location only.
This decision has not been easy.
This bakery has been such a huge part of my life — it’s held some of my highest highs and some of my hardest, most exhausting seasons. Running a bakery for nearly a decade has taken everything out of me… mentally, physically, and emotionally. And while I’m so proud of what I built here, I’ve also realized that I don’t want my life to feel like survival anymore.
I want slower mornings.
More time at home.
More creativity without pressure.
More space to actually enjoy the life we’re building.
Ellicottville — you have been so good to me. You supported me when this was just an idea, watched it grow, stood by me through changes, and allowed this little bakery to become something so much bigger than I ever imagined. I will never be able to fully express how grateful I am for that.
Every lesson, every challenge, every person I’ve met along the way has shaped what comes next — and I’m carrying all of that with me.
Moving forward, my focus is fully on Scoops & Crumbs in Cuba. It’s a fresh start, a slower pace, and a version of this life that feels more aligned with who I am now.
Once my mom returns from Florida in May, we’ll be adjusting our hours here to Fridays & Saturdays from 11–5 until we are officially released from our lease and the building sells.
This isn’t the end of me — just the end of this chapter ❤️
Thank you for 9 beautiful, messy, unforgettable years.
