CakeFYI CakeFYI is a fresh, from-scratch bakery located in downtown Ellensburg. In addition to custom cupcakes and cakes, CakeFYI offers a variety of other baked goods.

You can find fresh bagels, cinnamon buns, and soft pretzels every day, as well as cookies, muffins, and other pastries. Stop by for your morning bagel, and grab a great cup of coffee to go with it. CakeFYI is proud to serve Landgrove coffee, roasted in small batches in Troy, Idaho. Not a coffee fan? Then stop by for tea, hot chocolate, or a bottled beverage - options to suit any time of day! YI is owned and operated by Molly Allen, a self-taught baker. Everything made in-store is in small batches, fresh daily, and entirely from scratch.
