Growing up in Ohio I learned to appreciate living things. When I moved to West Virginia to attend college I couldn’t help but notice the beauty of this living earth. I love baking because of the raw primal nature of bread itself, and how you manipulate a living organism to create a beautiful and delicious edible masterpiece. Working with yeast and starters that can be ove

r 100 years old is like touching a piece of history. Moving to the Delaware Beach area I have worked at several of the local farmers markets producing artisan breads. I love being a part of the Delaware Beach Community because of the small town feel and the breathtaking scenery. I hope to be making bread here for years to come.
