Manas, Emma, and Henry were all in town Tuesday, June 23, 2026 for the closing of their property at 144 Iron Wheel Dr, Ellenboro. Their new woodshop and sawmill in Kentucky are still under construction. Once they are completed, the address for this page will be moving to their new address. They will still take goat milk soap orders if you write them to place your order. Manas and Emma Gingerich were back in Ellenboro for two days this past week to change Realtors and pack the last of their things. This Friday, January 30 from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm Donuts, Fried Pies, Sourdough Bread, and Cookies will be available. Please share to help us let everyone know. Thank you for being great neighbors and supporting our traditional small family farm. Our address in Kentucky is posted in our store. We're going to be open Friday from 3-7 pm with fresh sourdough bread. Saturday morning we will have doughnuts starting at 8:00 am and any bread that did not sell Friday night.
