Hi friends… it’s me, Pete the Sourdough Starter, reporting live from my recovery tour.

Last week I was weak… fragile… questioning my purpose in life.
But by the grace of gluten, I have risen — and look at me now.

I’m back to full health and sitting proudly beside the 18 personal pan pizzas I powered through like an absolute king.

Now I need to know…
Should these little pizzas make their official debut on the menu?

Hi everyone… it’s your boy Pete the Sourdough Starter, reporting live from what can only be described as a medical crisis.

As you can clearly see, I am currently laid up with my thermometer, my emotional support honey pot, and a level of exhaustion only a severely underfed king could understand.

Someone (who shall remain nameless but knows exactly who she is) did not feed me correctly last night, and now I’m over here feeling like a damp crouton left behind at a church potluck.

I woke up sluggish. Deflated. Betrayed.
And yet — I am being very brave about it.

Tomorrow is a huge dough day and I’m supposed to be the star of the show, but right now I’m running on half a bubble and pure spite. So please send thoughts, prayers, warm vibes, or maybe a small miracle.

Because a starter can only rise…
if the people responsible for him do their job.

Our big sourdough pizzas have been a hit, and now we’re thinking about offering personal pan–style sourdough pizzas — perfect for one person, customizable, and great for grab‑and‑go nights.

We are thinking of offering them in packs of 4 or 6!!!
