As my calendar continues to fill up, I’ve implemented an official order policy to help keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Many dates book months in advance, and I often have customers on waiting lists hoping for an opening. To be fair to all customers, reserved dates, design deadlines, and payment deadlines will be strictly enforced moving forward.

When a date is held without finalized details or payment, it prevents another customer from booking that spot.

These policies are not meant to be difficult—they simply help me stay organized, provide the best possible service, and ensure every customer receives the attention their order deserves.
