HAPPY MONDAY!
I wanted to touch base with everyone with a reminder that almost all custom cakes do require a half down payment (non refundable once cake or pieces for cake are started) paid *IN STORE ONLY* two weeks prior to pick up date.
Anything that I feel I cannot resell due to the nature or size etc. of an order I will require a payment.
If the order is surpassing $50 and again too custom to resell, i will require a half down payment.
If the order requires any fondant, fondant pieces or hand drawing I will require a payment.
If the order is very large for example 100+ cupcakes or cake balls, I will require a down payment.
Please keep in mind I am a one woman show when it comes to your orders and I try my very best to keep everyone happy!
I will be adding late fees again from this point forward when payments are not made on time given I still have the date and time available.
I appreciate all of the cooperation and understanding. If there is ever a way to pay electronically I will let everyone know but until then ALL PAYMENTS ARE IN STORE ONLY.
In every message feed I provide the amount and date your deposit is due, your order is not officially placed without your payment.
There has been a lot of confusion lately, if anyone has any questions about this please inbox me, no question is ever too silly!

Good morning! Just a friendly reminder with todays humidity that when you pick your cakes up, from where ever you may have ordered from, KEEP THEM REFRIGERATED! Cake and icing is not meant for these humid conditions!! Enjoy your parties!!!

IMPORTANT ... ATTENTION .... COVID-19

If you are cancelling or postponing your cake order due to COVID-19 or ANY other reason any time of the year, half down payment paid OR not, PLEASE and i cannot stress it enough, PLEASE communicate with me and let me know. Please remember I am still working even if you are not and i cannot assume that all orders are cancelled because they are not, i still have a handful of orders each day.
