I am seeing more and more self-made caterers working from their home kitchen and selling food. I do not care how well you cook, there's something about legally running a business, which includes licensing, training, business registration, and liability insurance. If you are not in compliance you are opening yourselves to lawsuits and fines. IJS.

To all of my followers and past customers. I am hanging up my home cottage business apron. I no longer have the capacity to bake professionally. My morning devotional has me in Psalm 116. The entire Psalm is beautiful, but my focus today is on verse 5. "Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; our God is merciful." There are many reasons in life for us to feel downcast, in despair, and defeated. But this verse tells us God is GRACIOUS. Despite everything. Our mess, our doubt, the world's turmoil, He is Gracious. My God looks at me through the love a Father and extends grace to me. That is reason enough to praise Him. Reason enough to submit my life as a living sacrifice. He is righteous, we are not. It is only through Jesus He bestows His righteousness on us. And He is merciful. Lamentations 3:22-23 reminds us of daily new mercies and of God's faithfulness. I don't know about you but God has shown me daily mercy, daily faithfulness.

People of God, our God is an awesome God. Turn your hearts and minds to Him and not to ourselves.

Great is the Lord and greatly to be PRAISED. Think on that. Rest on that. He is Gracious and Righteous. Be blessed.
