Tried out some AMAZING new recipes from the sourdough book I received! 😍 Artisan sourdough bread and sourdough banana bread!

The artisan loaf turned out so good, if I do say so myself. Crackly, crispy crust and soft, airy middle!

The banana bread was definitely the best I've ever made! So soft, sweet, and buttery!

Last night, my husband went out to check the mail. He came back inside with a larger package. I thought it might be the chocolate bar I had just ordered a few days ago, but I realized when i picked it up, it was much too heavy to be that! What was it? I hadn't ordered anything else!

My husband tore open the package and pulled out this beautiful, hard cover book! All about sourdough, with so many recipes! I was so surprised! I looked over the package again; no return address, only the publishing company address. Who was it who generously sent me this lovely gift? I wish I knew so I could thank them!

Whoever you are, thank you! I've felt so inspired reading through this book! All I've done so far are simple loaves (which are still absolutely delicious), but now I'm super excited to try out new techniques and recipes!
