Get more information about the All Night Grad Party and register your senior to win a free ticket to the party. PLUS... Yard signs will be up for sale! They will be $25, cash or check only. Hello ERHS parents!!! It's that time of the year again to start the planning process for the Senior All Night Grad Party. With HOMECOMING WEEK, starting next week, I thought it would be the perfect time to the ball rolling. Let me introduce myself, my name is Sara Swanson. I have been the lead for the last 3 years of the ANGP. This is my final year, with my youngest son Walker graduating in 2027. I have had amazing volunteers over the years. This party can't happen without you!! With all the new privacy laws, I do not have access to any senior parent email addresses. Which makes it extremely difficult to make contact with ya'll. This is the best format of communication for now. I will post all the upcoming meeting dates and times for the planning process. This party is like planning a wedding/school carnival, and takes 9 months to get all the details planned, prepped, and raise money to pay for. This is a parent run event, all the fundraising comes from activities we plan. I need your help!!! The first meeting will be on MONDAY OCTOBER 19TH, at 7pm in the cafeteria at ERHS. All senior and Junior parents are welcome to attend. No pressure to join in, just good to come and learn what all goes in to planning an amazing party for our upcoming graduates, to celebrate their accomplishments over their school careers. We have has such good themes over the past three years, with this one being just as awesome. I have mocked up a few SENIOR YARD SIGN ideas, and would love your feedback. The theme for this school year is.... "We're out of this world!" 🌍
Along the lines of heading in a new direction, which is so perfect for our SENIORS! Please feel free to comment on the designs, I want your feedback. I also created one more traditional. Also if you could sent me a private message with your email address if you are interested in staying in the loop with everything Senior Year related. Thank you, and I look forward to working with all of you!!

Attention: If your senior would still like to attend the All Night Grad Party (ANGP) this evening at River City Extreme they can. They can go to Door H at the high school following commencement to register. The cost is $135.00 (CASH ONLY). They will be bused to and from the ANGP. Can't wait, it's going to be fabulous!!!!!

Attention Seniors and parents. I sent out an email this morning with all the details for the All Night Grad party. It was emailed to everyone that bought a ticket. The email I sent it to was the one they registered with. Unless you just signed up today, you should have gotten it. Let me know if you have any questions. Can't wait, it's going to be fabulous!!!!!
