Our family LOVES the classics!
Chocolate and Vanilla.

While ALL of the cupcake flavors (regular, dairy-free, and vegan) are moist and flavorful. The chocolate really "takes the cake" for me! I spent years looking for a batter that would bake nice, have a great texture, and be just as moist as gluten cake.

I use Mexican vanilla and it really elevates the vanilla cake. Its amazing that something so simple can be so delicious!!
