This summer, we had the privilege of hosting a talented group of interns from district 214 and providing them with hands-on exposure to the manufacturing industry.

Investing in the next generation is one of the most important things we can do as manufacturers. By giving students real world experience, introducing them to manufacturing technologies, and helping them develop valuable workplace skills, we are helping build the future workforce that keeps our industry strong for years to come.

A very special thank you goes out to our Acme Team who generously shared their knowledge, experience, and time with the students. Mentorship plays a critical role in shaping future careers, and the dedication our team showed throughout the internship program, reflects the passion and commitment they bring to our organization every day.

We hope the experience inspired our interns, expanded their understanding of manufacturing, and helped them explore the many rewarding career paths our industry has to offer.

Thank you to everyone who made this summer’s internship program a success. Together, we are helping develop the future workforce.

We're proud to continue supporting the TMA Precision Machining Competition, now in its 34th year, as one of the most impactful events for encouraging the next generation of skilled manufacturing talent.
This years competition welcomed more than 300 entries from 20 area high schools, showcasing incredible precision machining skills and dedication from students across Illinois.
We were especially excited to see several of our own student employees participate in the event, and even more proud to celebrate one of our students earning a 1st place win! Congratulations on this outstanding achievement and the hard work behind it.
In addition to sponsoring the event, our HR team enjoyed connecting with students at our career table to share opportunities within our company, including our entry level Finisher position and the career growth paths available into machining and manufacturing.
Investing in students, manufacturing education, and future careers is something we're honored to be part of each year. We see how bright the future of manufacturing looks.
