After one very busy night, all of these incredibly fluffy rolls are finished! These will be up for grabs for pick up 5-7 today and pickup/delivery available for tomorrow at select times (message for specifics)

I always love a fun night of baking and being able to experiment with new flavor combinations. White chocolate macadamia was definitely the winner of the line up last night. With a super soft and fluffy dough, filled with brown butter, macadamia nuts, and white chocolate chips, then topped with a brown butter cream cheese frosting, along with caramelized macadamia nuts and white chocolate drizzle, as a finishing touch. Literally a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie in roll form🤯
Of course there’s also my fan favorite, the strawberry roll taking a small twist into cheesecake form. Instead of its normal strawberry glaze to top it off, these strawberry rolls are filled with fresh jam and strawberries, then topped with a silky cream cheese frosting, drizzled with strawberry glaze, with a finishing touch of freeze dried strawberries 🍓😋
Then there are the cake inspired rolls: carrot cake and red velvet (perfect Valentines gift). Both of these rolls are topped with their flavor as heart shaped cakes. The carrot cake rolls also feature a spiced brown sugar carrot cake filling, and a topping or caramlized shredded carrots using some of the same spices. The red velvet rolls are filled with a velvety cocoa filling, white chocolate chips, and topped with a white chocolate drizzle. Why choose between cake and a cinnamon roll when you can have both?🤩
Lastly the extravagant roll, peanut butter cookies and cream. These rolls deserve a novel based on the inclusions alone. A fluffy dough infused with Oreo dust, then filled with a brown sugar peanut butter layer topped with more Oreo chunks. Then rolled, baked, and topped with a peanut butter marshmallow fluff topping. With finishing touches of even more Oreo chunks and of course more peanut butter drizzle 🥜
