Tuesday is the last market of the season at The Elizabethton Farmers Market. I will have all my usual baked goods like homemade sandwich bread, cinnamon bread, and of course the crowd favorite white chocolate raspberry scones but I'll also have all the fall flavors as well. There will be pumpkin loaves, apple scones, and so much more. Please come and get some homemade simple ingredients baked goods this Tuesday at Kiwanis Park in Elizabethton from 4-7 pm.

I’ve had so many bakers ask how I price orders and keep everything organized behind the scenes.

With some upcoming procedures, I’m turning the actual systems I use in my bakery (pricing, order forms, planning sheets) into simple templates.

If you’d want early access when it’s ready, comment SYSTEMS and I’ll message you 💛

So the bread I made last week turned out fabulous. The only thing I did differently with it this time was browned the butter and it turned out so good. This sandwich bread always has the perfect crumb, the perfect chew and makes the best sandwiches. Homemade bread is always better.

As a baker, when a snowstorm hits, it's not the time to run to the store for bread or baked goods. That's when you make good use of your time indoors. Since I've already used up all the bread I baked earlier, tonight I decided to try a slightly different approach with my sandwich bread. I'm excited to see how it turns out and will be sure to let you all know.

Next item is our candy boxes. These boxes are filled with childhood Christmas memories. Each box will have peanut butter fudge, chocolate fudge, peanut butter balls, Christmas crack, Hershey kiss pretzels, and a few extra goodies.
Come pick up a box of memories at Elizabethton Farmers Market Christmas market on Tuesday.

Who doesn't love a wonderful warm tea in the winter? I've put together a wonderful little Christmas tea blend for all you tea lovers out there. It's not a strong, overpowering tea, but a warm, soothing tea that is a delight to enjoy. I'll have these available at the Elizabethton Farmers Market Christmas market on Tuesday while they last.

These simmer pots smell absolutely delightful and invigorating. They’re not your typical warm spice simmer pots; instead, they remind me of the fresh scent of a Christmas tree. I think you’ll love them! Plus, they’ll be available at the Elizabethton Farmers Market Christmas market on Tuesday.
