Here at Herb's custom cutting boards.(thechefscornerstore) all my cutting boards are assembled using hand-selected kiln dried lumber sourced specifically from North east tennessee .And occasionally exotic lumber , I choose my wood based on grain character and quality; two very important traits that make for excellent cutting boards. the cutting boards are assembled using edge and face grain pattern. (Sides are face grain with an amazing pattern and the center is made using edge grain)

This cutting board is built using FDA approved wood glue and finished with FDA grade butcher block oil. making the cutting boards safe for food prep! The edges have been cut with a hand plane then finish sanded, Rubber feet have been added to the bottom to prevent scratching your counter tops
