Sooooo, everyone should know by now that we have taken ownership of Meredith Valley Campground now know as Meredith Valley On The River. We are working on our social media now, hope to be up and running VERY soon

We were thinking of having a Memorial Day event with food and music.

Question: does your family usually do your own thing or would you rather go somewhere to enjoy food and music on this Holiday?

For clarification, Simply Elegant Catering is still in business. We are accepting orders but have closed the doors for walk in traffic. Please call our shop at 423-213-5678 for catering or custom cake orders. Stay tuned for more exciting events!
