Hello, my name is Simon, to make this short and sweet. I got into baking back around the summer of 2025, I have slowly grown in the skills of different types of pastries. Mainly different kinds of cookies and cinnamon rolls, hoping to eventually expand my knowledge to other pastries. I hope ya’ll will be apart of the journey.
