"ilo" (ee-loh) means joy in Finnish- and that's exactly what I hope to share with every loaf, cookie & dessert that leaves my kitchen. Come visit my farmstand in Elizabeth on Saturdays from 8am-6pm! I can also do special orders throughout the rest of the week. Due to Colorado law, I am only able to sell shelf stable foods and desserts.

Cookie had her babies! Meet Biscotti (black & white) and Snickerdoodle (brown & white)!

She of course had to go into labor around 10:30pm, labor wasn't progressing normally because the babies got stuck, had to meet an emergency vet and the babies were born on the side of the road in the back of our Subaru at 1am 😂
Just my luck too, cause I had JUST deep cleaned the entire car 😂

But after a crazy long and rough night, mama and babies are healthy and doing well! 🙌
