Forgot to post my meal prep last week but since I'm bringing pita again tomorrow I thought it would be good timing still. I started with making some pita for us. I made some Greek meatballs and some hummus for the week. Then I made some seasoned chicken to enjoy on a salad to use up the last of the veggies from the market. I also used the chicken and hummus for pita sandwiches for lunch! Highly recommend all of it! I had dinner and lunch sorted for 4 days and it was fresh and delicious!
