4th of July Sourdough Drop! 🇺🇸✨

I’m heading up north for the holiday week, but I couldn’t leave you without a festive treat! I’m baking a limited batch of a brand new flavor for Monday pickup: TRIPLE BERRY LEMON ZEST 🍓🫐🍋

It’s loaded with fresh summer berries and bright lemon zest, the best addition to your holiday breakfast or 4th of July dessert table.

🛒Only 8 loaves total available! The Hotplate form opens this Friday at 9 AM and closes on Saturday at 7 PM.

Grab yours before they’re gone — once these 8 are claimed, that’s it for the week! (Tip: You can freeze your sourdough until your holiday plans. Just take it out, let it thaw out, toast a piece!😋)

The ultimate summer favorite has returned! Our blueberry lemon sourdough loaf is sweet, tangy, and a massive fan favorite.

I will not have an order form open on Hotplate for this week due to another pop up I have to prep for on Friday.

Big things are happening behind the scenes! 🛠️

The farm stand is officially taking shape. After some work, the trailer is sanded and painted, the main wood base is secured, and the structural frame is up. We still have a decent amount of work to do and a few frame tweaks to make before getting into the final details, but seeing it come together is incredible!

While the stand will be right by the road by my house, building it on a trailer gives me options for future farmers markets and other fun events. What makes this project truly special, though, is the history behind it. The trailer originally held my dad’s family boat, bought by his mom before she passed away when he was young. He’s kept it and moved it with him everywhere he’s lived, and now it gets a second life supporting my dream!🥰

I’m so excited to see the final outcome and have it up and running for all of you! We are one step closer to having the Simply Sourdough Co stand ready to go.

A huge thank you to my dad, Nikki, Keegan, Connor, and Ava for all the hands-on help building and getting it to this point. I couldn’t do it without you all!

Pop-Up Menu for this Friday! ☀️🍞

I’m excited to be hanging out at Into the Woods Wellness this Friday, June 19th, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (or until sold out) for their Farm Stand Fridays.

Everything on the menu is packed with 100% sourdough goodness—from classic loaves and flavor-packed inclusions to scratch-made cinnamon rolls and pretzel bites. It is all baked fresh and ready to grab. Come say hi and stock up for the weekend!
