Great article from world renowned Cleveland Clinic (ranked No. 2 hospital in the world) finally confirming the dangers of seed oils (canola, corn, cotton seed, grape seed, soybean, sunflower, safflower, rice bran oil and peanut oil), essentially most vegetable oils. Contrary to what we have been led to believe (even by the medical community in the past) polyunsaturated fats cause inflammation that can lead to obesity and disease.
