Hi y’all

We’ve been closed for a couple of weeks, and we’ve missed all of our patrons.

There a few questions that we’ve gotten and wanted to give everyone an update.

We’re not closing permanently, but there are new changes coming. Last year due personal health I made the decision that I was no longer able to keep with the bakery’s demands and growth due to my health. I have chosen to take time to make changes.

So, this new year comes with new management. You will all be in amazing hands, as the new owner has been working at the bakery for the past 2 years and understands and knows the business well. I am very excited to see what new ideas are in store for all of us that love the bakery and its delicious pastries and bread.

We have been trying to make the transition as seamless as possible, but we are still working out details with our building managers and has taken longer than expected. Please be patient with me and the new owners, I can assure you we are working on opening our doors to you very soon. Unfortunately we don’t have an exact date, but we will let y’all know.

Ah!

Today as we came in to start on our last week of the year, we came to our production freezer that went off on us over the weekend.

Unfortunately, this means we won’t be able to open our doors tomorrow as we don’t have much production. We started some production but it wouldn’t be enough. We will try to open on Wednesday 31st, and have some goodies to say farewell to the year!

We will have some sourdough bread tomorrow at our west location, so just knock on our door for some sourdough.

Thanksgiving week is here! We're open regular hours Tuesday and Wednesday, and Thursday for a few hours for pickups and last-minute gifts. We'll be taking a short break Friday and Saturday to recharge. Our team has been working tirelessly to ensure everyone has a wonderful holiday season. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We'll be back on Tuesday, December 2nd, ready to serve you!

Rosca de Reyes

This year we’ll be having two types of Roscas!

Turtle: filled with chocolate, cajeta and pecans and also topped with those same delicious ingredients.

Traditional: traditional rosca with no filling topped with traditional red, green and yellow candied fruit and cherries.

Each Rosca has 2 hidden baby Jesús!

This year we won’t be taking orders ahead of time, they will be on a walk in basis. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
