My flour hit 52°C / 126°F today. 🌾🔥

And before you ask… yes, that was MY fault. 😂
I forgot to stop the mill in time.🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Good news: the mill survived. 😅

But the real question is… will this flour still make good bread? 👀

This whole cake is edible. Yes, all of it.

No fondant hiding cheap shortcuts. No “buttercream” made of shortening and hope. Just real dark chocolate, real butter, real cherries — cooked down slow, no shortcuts.

Even the figs are from my friend’s garden. 🌿

You could eat every single crumb of this cake and not wonder what’s actually in it. That’s kind of the whole point.

(Okay, maybe skip the cherry pits. I’m not a miracle worker. 🤣🍒)
