Life can be heavy. We all face battles that people don’t see disappointments, worries, heartbreaks, and emotional struggles. Healing takes time, and that’s okay. Give yourself grace. Find healthy ways to release stress and anxiety, whether it’s through a workout, prayer, baking, or simply taking a moment to breathe.

For me, movement clears my mind, and baking fills my heart. One workout, one loaf, one day at a time.
