I am a Fire Fighters wife and a stay at home Mom with 2 beautiful kids; Ellie and Colton. Over this last year I discovered a passion and strong desire for cake decorating. I started out a couple years ago by just doing my kids birthday cakes. In June 2017, I put my passion to the test with my son’s 1st birthday cake/smash cake. I tried doing something I had never done before; wrapping a cake in fo
ndant. Well, it turned out great; I couldn’t believe it! I had tons of people contacting me to make a cake for them. At this point I still didn’t feel ready to do cakes for other people since I was self taught. However, I took a leap of faith with all the positive feedback and dove into the custom cakes business in the fast lane, head first! With orders continuously coming in; I decided to start my own cake business and That’s when Sweet Life Cakery began. I’ve since then been lucky enough to take a couple private lessons with 2 amazing well known cake artist: Little Hunny’s Cakery and Cup’n’Cake. I’m so grateful to be able to do something Im so passionate about, to be home with my kids and for seeing my customers smile with so much AW when they see their cake or cupcakes.
