Keeping it simple this week! Now that I got my millet flour in I’m actually able to get those breads out the door!

Today was an experiment!

I asked my husband hey want to make banana cookies? Making up a recipe as we go?!
So we did. Wrote down as I went.
Banana oatmeal cookies with Bavarian cream topping!

Here’s what we came up with!

Makes about 12 cookies. 350F for 13-16 minutes

2 ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
Mix those up then add
1 TBS vanilla
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup oatmilk
1-2tsp salt
2.5 cups gf flour
1 cup oats
1 tsp of each- baking powder and soda

Batter should be sticky. Scoop batter to pan. Bake until tops no longer look wet. Boom 💥 you have some cookies 🩵
