Hey everyone! I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted, but much of the summer I’ve been hard at work behind the scenes creating and re-organizing my baking business to bring you even more delicious treats for those of you that are new here. I am Lisa Paholke the face and the baker behind Lisa’s Pastery Sensations, baking has been my passion for over 25 years, and I take immense pride and operating professionally. I run my business out of my custom, dedicated kitchen, built right in my home completely separated from my personal kitchen, located at 928 Penguin St., Effingham. Lisa’s Pastery Sensations an S Corp. business registered for Illinois sales tax, and operate as a registered cottage kitchen with the Effingham County Health Dept (CF-072) . I also hold my food protection management certificate through the National Restaurant Association so you can always count on safety, top quality, baking.
Beyond every day treats, I also specialize in full dessert tables, simple wedding cakes, charcuterie, boards and custom grazing tables for weddings and special events. While I do not have a driveway refrigerator set up right now. I’m actively working on something exciting for the spring that will make grab and go your favorite treats even easier!
To kick off the holiday season, I am thrilled to be returning for my fourth year in a row to the HSHS women’s wellness show at the Effingham EPC on October 15! Stop by my booth to try samples, enjoy your old favorites and check out some brand new items, including macarons! I’ll also be taking Christmas pre-orders at the show, including my popular Christmas cookie trays, packed with several different variety of cookies, like my signature gingerbread cookies! It’s that time again! Give yourself or someone special a little extra sweet dessert for St. Patrick’s Day on Tuesday, March 17.
This little cupcake has it all! Guinness beer,dark chocolate, cupcake, with an Irish wh***ey, ganache inside and topped with a Bailey’s cream frosting.
Order by the dozen $35 or the half dozen for $20. Taking orders until March 14. Orders can be picked up on Monday, March 16.
