Happy 42nd birthday to my mom, Charmian! Every year, I ask her what type of cupcakes she wants me to create for her day. One year, she asked for salted caramel, and those were so delicious I added them to my menu! This year, she asked for something light, champagne cupcakes. They are so delicious!
