Welcome to Sable & Lou Bread Co! Iā€™m Megan! I love baking and sharing my baked creations from my microbakery in Edmond, OK.

The name Sable & Lou is an ode to my familyā€™s dogsā€”Brodie, our ā€˜sableā€™ yorkie; and Callie, our black lab, lovingly nicknamed Callie Lou or ā€˜Louā€™ for short.

Sourdough and artisan bread is my main passion and I canā€™t wait for you to experience having fresh, local bread and baked goods.
