When I was asked to make these pocket pies, I thought it was a tea party theme. Last minute, I realized I hadn’t ask what color sprinkles. The sweet mama told me either thunder colors or bright colors….. because it was a SPACE JAM PARTY!!! Hands down coolest mom and 3 year old I know. 🏀🏀🏀

I 💛 making pies. Out of all the baked goods, it was my first love.

Outside of Thanksgiving and Christmas, I don’t get a lot of full size pie orders. But this weekend I had three!
