Did you know that Mochi Donuts originated in Japan? In fact, Mochi donuts are actually called pon de ring (ポンデリング) in Japanese! This dessert has many different recipe variations, one which includes the use of tapioca flour to give the donut its nice and chewy texture. We pride ourselves in perfecting this dessert every time, so that our customers are satisfied in receiving the best quality there is.
