Galaxy International Pageant
Saturday we were honored to contribute special cupcakes to Galaxy Pageants 20th Anniversary International Pageant. Over 75 contestants from all over the world gathered in McAllen, Tx Convention Center to compete.

There comes a time when the exception becomes the rule of the day when it comes to colors for wedding cakes.
Saturdays wedding of Clarissa Suarez and Carlos at the fabulous Rancho Guadalupe Ranch was definitely a show stopper! The navy powdered and gold cake was set up on a beautifully decorated display mirrored table by Blanca Cantu and her amazing team. The 1st thing you see is what transformed the event into a spectacular lavish reception seen in Hollywood movies!
Long story short.. contrary to what some believe, it does take a village of puissant professionals to bring an event as this to fruitation. We definitely didn't want to walk away from this incredible cake!

It's no secret if you live in Texas...ultimate fans of legendary Whataburger burgers, fries, and chicken strips come in all different age groups. So it is for 2 year old Asher aka Carlitos. He LOVES FRENCH FRIES and chicken strips!
His parents, and Carlos Muriel threw him an exceptional Whataburger themed birthday party.
We were delighted ❤ to create a completely edible cake. Even the, box, receipt and paper wrappers!

Tonight one couldn't help but be reminded of Japan as we set up this incredible wedding cake for Christine Masso at the famous Rancho Guadalupe
"Nowhere in the world are the elusive cherry blossom flowers more cherished than in Japan, home to thousands of cherry blossom trees. The floral imagery permeates Japanese paintings, film and poetry."
The setting surrounding the cake was "painted"
by non other than Blanca Cantu of Cantu's Special Events. A sight to see... something out of a movie set!
