Yes, every single cookie is baked the morning of the market/ order pick up day. And it’s typically 40+ dozens of cookies at markets, don’t ask me how i get it done in less than a full day, I just know the man upstairs gives me the strength 😆 We don’t bring week-old cookies or bake days in advance. Freshness is a huge part of what we do, because you deserve the best quality possible. You ordered cookies for today? They will be baked fresh today no matter how busy the day gets 🙅🏻‍♀️
