🍌🍓 Come try our 2 NEW flavors: Blueberry Cheesecake & Banana Split! 🫐🍌

This cupcake took me a little while to create because I wanted the Banana Split Cupcake to look and taste just like the classic dessert! 🍒

It starts with a banana cake filled with chocolate ganache mixed with fresh strawberries then topped with Swiss meringue buttercream and finished with a chocolate drip, sprinkles, and of course, a cherry on top! 🍫🍓🍒

🫐My blueberry cheesecake is creamy, smooth, and just the right amount of sweet. The fresh blueberry flavor pairs perfectly with the rich cheesecake without making it overly sweet.

As always, our toppings and desserts are made from scratch using real fruit and no extracts just fresh, natural flavor in every bite. 💙

Make it ✨Blue✨

Originally I was going to make this cake pink but decided to go the route of having it white. I’m so glad in my decision, you get to see all the pastel colors 🥰 I also ended up adding “bubbles” to represent Cinderella.

Her happy place in a cake ✨💕

I finally was able to make this style of cake! Using the different textures of buttercream with different patterns, I wanted to incorporate all the princesses she loves (her favorite being Ariel). I missed out on adding a fork 🍴

The large buttercream swirl being waves (Ariel, Moana) the yellow zig-zags to represent Rapunzel’s hair, and using purple to also incorporate Rapunzel’s dress. With the main focus being Disney, I had to add the Mickey Mouse in the castle along with Minnie mouse that I added throughout the cake. Also including Cinderella‘s Soapy bubbles, little roses for belle and and of course the iconic Tinker Bell.
